Pregnancy Massage

 

Massage can be of great benefit in helping expectant mothers prepare themselves physically and emotionally for childbirth and motherhood. 

Pregnancy massage is adapted from Swedish massage in terms of positioning and pressure and is very beneficial in relieving tension, easing back strain and fluid retention and stabilising hormone levels.
